Competition entry for Winterstations in collaboration with JBA Collective.What does the word Riot meant to the city of Toronto? We saw our riot from global warming’s involvement in the way that the environment of Lake Ontario had changed, which has resulted in large scale flooding currently on the site of the installation. In response, our Foam’al Outburst explodes from the site, disrupting the flow of the sand and creating a formal expression of the rough waters disrupting the lake shoreline. In the colder months, the installation would freeze over to calm the riots of the water.
